MegaPhase is pleased to introduce Rich Long as its new Quality Control Manager. Rich has over 20 years’ of experience in Quality Control and management systems at some of the most prominent companies in electronic technologies serving the Aerospace, Defense and Telecommunications industries including Raytheon, L-3 Communications, Laird Technologies and now MegaPhase.
“As a fast growing company it is more important than ever to insure that our customers have the best possible product” states Bill Pote, CEO and Founder of MegaPhase. “We have a very dedicated Team here that pays strict attention to quality of materials and workmanship, and Rich brings a new level of professionalism and raises the bar for all of us.” As the new Quality Control Manager at MegaPhase, Rich will bring best practices from his prior experience, including Oliver Wight Business Excellence, and will be the lead facilitator for fulfilling our Team’s mission of becoming “#1 in Customer Trust” as the world’s leading agile provider of RF and Microwave interconnects. MegaPhase’s own quality management system includes ISO-9001:2008 and Rich will play a critical role as MegaPhase seeks an even higher benchmark to further its ability to serve aerospace customers: AS9100.
