July 6, 2022 | MegaPhase News Center

Stroudsburg, PA, — July 6, 2022– On Thursday, June 16, CEO Bill Pote informed the MegaPhase team that all eligible employees will see a fuel reimbursement line item on their paychecks in the amount of $75 bi-weekly. “Caring for employees is the responsibility of business owners and upper management, and I understand that there has been an ongoing strain when filling up gas tanks” stated Bill Pote.

This change took effect starting July 1 coinciding with the IRS increase in the optional standard mileage rate for the final 6 months of 2022.

As a small business leader within the local community, we understand the demands of employees from their employers in today’s world. MegaPhase is uniquely positioned to offer this type of short-term benefit to eligible employees along with other quality offerings such as: medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, paid life insurance and much more.
