The MegaPhase Team is here to provide you excellent service even after the sale. Ensuring you have the appropriate product for your application is the best course of action to avoid product issues. However in the event you have a problem, we make it simple for you to return your product.

Return the Products

Return the products to us with your completed RMA
Form and any supporting test data addressed as follows:

Repair or Replace

If the failed products are covered under warranty, our
production group will repair or replace the products on
priority status free of charge. If the products are not
covered under warranty, we will quote you a repair or
replacement using our standard lead times.
